13.10.2008 New positions in analytic salary and compensation report
In the project “Compensations in Russian companies” we made the structure of HR Department wider, for now it consists of 6 positions: HR Director, HR Manager, Staff Manager, HR Specialist, Recruiting Specialist, Training & Development Specialist and HR Inspector. We plan to make HR department 3 times wider, it will consist of 18 positions.
