Job Description of HR Director (more than 500 Employees)

Other Job Title:  Vice President, Human Resources / Top Human Resource Executive
Reports to:  General Director / Chairman
Supervises:  Personnel of functional unit: HR paperwork unit, recruitment unit, training & development unit, compensation & benefit unit, labor relation unit, social policy unit, campus recruitment unit, corporate university
Key Objectives:  Effective HR management in the company
Objects:  
  • Effective employees planning control;
  • Company’s organization optimization;
  • Controls compensation & benefit policy;
  • Providing of effective hiring;
  • Controls an estimation and personnel certification;
  • Responsibility for construction effective HR system.
Function:  
  • Controls personnel files and records according;
  • Analyzes and controls labor market;
  • Plans Company staff;
  • Organises of effective training;
  • Manages training and personnel certification;
  • Organises of the corporate culture in the company;
  • Management of compensation programs;
  • Forms effective social policy of the company and system of labor relations
Qualifications:  
  • Higher education, additional in HR;
  • Requires at least 5 years experience in HR.
  • Experience of the solving administrative and managerial questions;
  • Knowledge of modern technologies in the HR, including training and development methods;
  • Knowledge of organizational and legal aspects of HR management;
  • Stressability, willingness to work in an intense rhythm.
