Job Description of Head of HR Department (200 - 500 Employees)

Other Job Title:  HR Manager / Human Resources Manager
Reports to:  General Director / HR Director
Supervises:  HR Unit staff: HR specialists, recruitment specialists, HR Inspectors, training & development specialists
Key Objectives:  Effective HR management in the company
Objects:  
  • Management of staff replenish work in company;
  • Optimization of organizational structure;
  • Corporative culture formation;
  • Compensational system management;
  • Providing of effective hiring;
  • Stuff teaching and attestation;
  • Building of effective staff management system.
Function:  
  • Planning of stuff replenish
  • Creating of a regular stuff reserve
  • Participating in development and introduction of compensations and benefits system
  • Organization of educational process and trainings for personnel
  • Working with labor relation practice
  • Participating in pensionary programs development
Qualifications:  
  • Higher education, additional in HR;
  • Requires at least 3 years experience in HR;
  • Experience of the decision of administrative and managerial questions;
  • Knowledge of modern technologies in the HR, including training and development methods;
  • Knowledge of organizational and legal aspects of HR management;
  • Stability to stresses, readiness to work in an intense rhythm.
