Job Description of HR Generalist (less than 200 Employees)

Other Job Title:  Staff Manager / HR Manager
Reports to:  General Director / HR Director
Supervises:  No
Key Objectives:  Effective staff mangement system providing
Objects:  
  • Planning, organization and control of recruitment, adaptional, development and motivational processes;
  • Development and implementation of policy and processes appropriate to this activity.
Function:  
  • Personnel necessity planning ;
  • Qualificated personnel recruitment;
  • Labor contract registration, personnel history and other people ware control ;
  • Fixing and control of a budget;
  • Development of installation and adaptational programs for new personnel;
  • Educational and examinational (attestational) staff system development (programm plan development);
  • Participation in development and application of motivational system (development and applicant of new principles of payment and remuneration plans);
  • Monitoring of labor market, preparation of analytical reports to the management;
  • Informing personnel about labor questions and policy decisions. Participation in development and application of social programms for personnel;
  • Supplement of auspicious condition for work;
  • Giving personnel and management consultations about different aspects of labor relations;
  • Submit proposals about ways how to increase efficacy of work organization, and functional structure of the company;
  • Participation in organization of trainings for personnel;
Qualifications:  
  • Higher education, additional in HR;
  • Knowledge of modern technologies in the HR;
  • Willingness to work in an intense rhythm;
  • PC-literate;
  • Excellent communicational skills;
  • Knowledge of organizational and legal aspects of HR management.
